Your email address
Your hours of availability and your time zone. I am in the Eastern Time
zone.
Names and age range of your characters
Accents, if you do any
Types of calls that you will and will not do. Let me know if there are
restrictions and I will do my best to accommodate.
Are you willing to watch the customer on CAM? He doesn’t have to see you if
you don’t want him to.
Are you willing to watch porn on the Internet with the customer?

Before you become part of the dispatch group, I require a phone call from you so that I can hear your voice and get an idea about what kinds of calls would be most appropriate for you. The number that I can be reached at is 866-461-8470. When I call you for dispatch calls the caller ID will read 604-628-4426. Please make note of these two numbers and save them somewhere.

When I call you to ask you if you are available to take a call and I give
you a quick description of what the guy is after, you tell me the name of
the character you want to use and that’s how I will process the invoice. As
soon as I get an approval I will call you back, give you the call number,
the guy’s name and phone number, tell you how long the call is supposed to
be and off you go.

When you talk to your customers you are welcome to steer them to your own
websites and have them call you directly, rather than going through
dispatch. Look at dispatch as a way to gather more of your own customer
base.

Dealing with Credit Card Declines

The holiday shopping season has begun and you may see a rise in credit card declines. This time of year credit card companies step up their fraud watch and will auto decline a purchase if they feel it is possible fraud.  Web-Tokens is listed as an “On Line” company and many credit card companies view online companies as a higher risk for fraud.  When you process a charge and it is declined and the client doesn’t understand why and claims the card is in good standing, all your client has to do is call the customer service number on the back of his credit card and tell then that he is trying to make an online purchase with Web-Tokens.com.  They will then release the block and you should be able to process the charge.   All the credit card company wants is a verbal from that card holder that the charge is valid.

Gift Cards are somewhat different as they usually have to be registered after purchased before they can be used to make an online purchase. This can be done online or by calling the customer service # on the back of the card.  It’s all in the fine print of the gift cards instructions. So if you get a decline on a gift card, have the client call the customer service number on the back of the card and tell them that they are trying to make an online purchase with Web-Tokens.com and they will clear it so you can process the transaction.
